Chargé d'Affaires M/F - SADEV

Reporting to the Responsable Commercial, you are the privileged interlocutor for our clients. Your role consists of understanding their needs, advising them, and proposing products and services adapted to their expectations.

You will ensure the management, development, and loyalty of your client portfolio while actively contributing to their satisfaction and the growth of the company.

You will be required to:

- Meet buyers and clients in order to present the company's products and services to existing clients and new clients;

- Promote and market our range of catalog products and services;

- Identify new market opportunities and develop your client portfolio;

- Advise clients and analyze their needs in order to propose the most suitable solutions;

- Identify any gaps between client requirements and the technical characteristics of the products;

- Collect, process, and report client feedback or complaints in order to ensure continuous improvement of our service quality;

- Represent the company and promote the brand during trade fairs, events, and activities related to our business;

- Ensure the follow-up of payments and any unpaid invoices;

- Guarantee the collection and updating of client data in our internal IT system.You come from a commercial or technical background and have knowledge in technico-commercial as well as general mechanics. You master IT tools and possess the basics of commercial negotiation. Your level of English allows you to operate in a professional environment. Attentive, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service, you know how to adapt to a diversity of clients and build lasting relationships.
