Head of Financial Planning and Asset Management

• Direct support to the CFO in the global management and coordination of the financial area, acting as an interlocutor with the various areas and assets of the group.
• Financial and operational monitoring of the asset portfolio, analyzing its evolution, profitability, cash generation, and main deviations regarding budget and business plan. · Coordination of the financial managers of the assets, ensuring homogeneity in criteria, reporting, planning, and monitoring.
• Leadership of the budget, forecast, and financial planning process, both at the asset level and the consolidated portfolio level. · Performance analysis and value creation, identifying opportunities for improvement in revenue, costs, CAPEX, working capital, taxation, and financial structure. · Monitoring of the financial models and business plans of the assets, including updating hypotheses, sensitivities, and scenario analysis.
• Supervision of financial and management reporting, guaranteeing reliable and useful information for the CFO, CEO, and Management Committee.
• Monitoring of liquidity, cash flow, and financing needs of the assets, coordinating with Treasury and Project Finance.
• Monitoring of the main accounting impacts associated with concession contracts and financing structures, including the analysis of relevant operations and their impact on results, balance sheet, and cash generation.
• Participation in refinancings, restructurings, and financial operations, especially from the perspective of the asset and its economic impact.
• Monitoring of covenants, financial obligations, and main contractual commitments of the concession companies.
• Support in investment, divestment, and asset rotation operations, including valuation, due diligence, financial analysis, and internal coordination.
• Coordination with other corporate areas, especially Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Project Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Preparation of analysis and documentation for decision-making bodies, including the Management Committee, boards of directors, and investment committees.
• Driving improvements in processes, tools, and financial information systems, seeking automation and greater data quality.
• Management and development of the team, establishing priorities and ensuring adequate execution of financial processes. Experience: · 10 years of professional experience in finance, management control, asset management, project finance, or financial planning positions. · Relevant experience in infrastructure, concessions, energy, utilities, or capital-intensive assets. Preferably concessions.

Experience Financial monitoring of assets, including budget, forecast, cash flow, variance analysis, KPIs, and business plans.

• Solid knowledge of infrastructure/project finance models, being able to understand and question hypotheses, sensitivities, distributions, and the evolution of asset profitability. · Experience working with companies financed through Project Finance, including monitoring of debt, covenants, and restrictions on distributions.
• Experience in coordinating teams and multiple business units or assets, ideally in international environments.
• Having participated in refinancings, acquisitions, divestments, or asset valuation processes would be highly valued.
• Experience preparing information for senior management, investment committees, or boards of directors. · High level of English, essential for working with international teams, partners, financiers, and advisors.
