HR Business Partner - Construction

Currently, we are looking to incorporate an HR Business Partner in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service. Functions and responsibilities of the position:

• Support the HRBP in the integral management of the assigned collective, collaborating in the monitoring of workforce indicators, organizational movements, and business needs.
• Coordination with the Talent Acquisition team in the management of selection processes, vacancy monitoring, and onboarding planning.
• Support in international mobility processes, including travel, expatriations, and organizational changes associated with international projects.

• Maintenance and updating of HR information systems, guaranteeing the quality and consistency of employee data.
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making in the People area.

• Administrative management and monitoring of workforce movements (hires, terminations, promotions, position changes, and organizational modifications).
• Participation in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper integration and employee experience.
• Collaboration in Human Resources initiatives and projects linked to the Production collective of Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras.

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies: Degree in Law, ADE, or similar.

3 to 5 years of experience.

Advanced Excel skills.

English C1.
