Real Estate Marketer

Your tasks

• Market and promote Real estate and property.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and business meetings with potential clients.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
• Meet agreed business development and client acquisition targets.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Experience in Real estate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Must reside in or around Amuwo Odofin, Festac, Lagos.
