POS Terminal Agent

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach business owners who require POS terminals. Promote Moniepoint POS products and services to prospective merchants. Register and onboard new merchants onto the Moniepoint platform. Educate customers on the benefits and usage of POS terminals. Assist merchants with terminal setup and activation processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants. Monitor merchant activity and provide basic support when required. Meet assigned onboarding and sales targets. Submit regular reports on field activities and merchant acquisition.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree. Previous experience in sales, field marketing, POS deployment, or customer acquisition is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Good knowledge of Lagos business environments and merchant locations. Must be self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused. Smartphone usage and basic digital literacy are required.
