Guest attendant

Your tasks

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle phone calls, bookings, and customer inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• OND qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, banking, or related roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn booking systems.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

What we offer

Remuneration: NGN 90,000 – 120,000
