Cyber Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

Analyze, debug, and resolve software bugs and security vulnerabilities across different codebases. Implement and improve features using languages such as Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, and TypeScript. Refactor existing code to improve maintainability, security, reliability, and performance. Conduct codebase reviews, security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. Identify security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Contribute to backend development and application performance optimization. Review technical implementations for security and scalability. Document technical findings and provide clear recommendations. Contribute real-world technical insights to AI training and evaluation datasets.

Requirements:

Strong experience with one or more of Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript. Proven experience debugging and resolving issues in complex software systems. Strong cybersecurity background, including penetration testing, security audits, and vulnerability assessment. Experience with backend development and application security. Knowledge of algorithms and software performance optimization. Experience refactoring and maintaining production codebases. Understanding of secure software development practices and modern cybersecurity threats. Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly and concisely. Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects is an advantage but not required.

Work Schedule:

Approximately 15 hours per week. Flexible working schedule. Choose your preferred working days and hours. Weekend work is permitted if preferred. Work is completed remotely.
