Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure the smooth running of the branch. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business growth. Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff for optimal performance.  Drive marketing and customer acquisition initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and internal policies.  Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.  Prepare and submit periodic reports to head office.  Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  Requirements:

Must be a Graduate (B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline). Age: Not below 25 years old. Must be a Christian. Gender: Male / Female can apply. Must have strong marketing and business development skills. Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Marketing Manager, or in a similar leadership role in a bank/microfinance bank. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial management.  Must reside within or close to Ikorodu. Target-driven and customer-focused.
