Quality Engineer M/F

Within the Quality Department, in its allocated field, the holder shall:

• Coordinate the implementation of the Quality, Flight Safety policy,
• Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System,
• Propose improvements and/or evolutions in their field.

Your missions will be to:

• Participate in the annual development of the internal surveillance plan,
• Co-manage the internal audit schedule,
• Co-manage the availability on the Intranet site of:
• Reference data, (French and English versions),
• Quality data (audits, personnel qualifications, etc.),
• Draft/update manuals and procedures, support to other processes, management of the reference system and ensure dissemination,
• Co-manage the assignment of documentary references,
• Perform internal audits, supplier audits and surveys,
• Conduct incident investigations (Investigation/Debriefing/RCA Analysis, PA),
• Assist colleagues in the root cause analysis methodology for the deployment of action plans,
• Participate in external audits in support of the Quality department (support, handling of non-conformities),
• Contribute to the monitoring of personnel certifications,
• Manage the assignment of marks and stamps for personnel qualified by the Quality Department,
• Ensure activity management, and provide monthly / annual indicators,
• Process internal information feedback (recording, analysis, reporting),
• Verify FCE files,
• Provide training on internal procedures to new arrivals.

Profile

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical maintenance field, knowledge of the Quality function would be a plus.
• Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineer.
• Languages: Fluent English in writing and speaking
