Quality Control Technician for Aeronautics (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of a site opening, we are recruiting an APRS C.

Under the authority of the Chef avion, the APRS C is in charge of workshop quality and responsible for the quality of the visit file by mastering its preparation and final validation.

Thus, they are in charge of supervising the assistant visit file, participate in decision-making on the workshop, and can pronounce the APRS of the aircraft at the end of the workshop.

Your main missions will be: Ensure that all work cards and Ordres d'exécution are signed and returned and that the maintenance work requested by the client has been correctly executed or appears on the deferred work sheet; Control that the Ordres d'exécution for additional work are correctly filled out and signed; Ensure that the means used (equipment, documentation, personnel) allow for the correct execution of maintenance operations; Verify the work file (presence of required documents correctly filled out) and that the requested work or anomalies recorded in the aircraft documents (CRM) have been executed in compliance with the Minimum Equipment List (MEL); Perform execution and control operations on aircraft; Participate in troubleshooting operations, the handling of technical disputes, and the end-of-inspection meeting to identify technical problems and risks; Ensure compliance with the FOD policy, safety rules for people and property, and the cleanliness and tidiness of the hangar; Participate in the competency assessment of the assigned resources; Participate in the workshop launch meetings, daily progress meetings, and end-of-workshop meetings; Perform quality feedback to the Production teams.

Profile Description:

Training and experience: You hold a Bac pro aéronautique and have significant experience as an aeronautical Technician in MRO.

You hold an EMAR License or Part 66 C.

Technical skills: Verification of the compliance and quality of operations; Supporting teams; Good written and oral communication; Understanding of technical documentation in English.
