Within the Airframe Division, your role is to execute mechanical maintenance operations on the aircraft. Joining the Mérignac site means discovering the Sabena technics hangars where passionate teams work to satisfy the expectations of its clients.

Missions & responsibilities You perform maintenance operations by following work cards and rigorously applying manufacturer documentation You perform inspection operations on airframe parts and identify those that must be repaired or replaced You detect a fault or malfunction on a system by taking parameter readings and then decide on the repairs to be carried out You consult the technical supports provided to you You remove/install, mount/dismount, maintain, and repair systems You are responsible for the control and quality of the operations performed, and you sign work cards.

Profile sought As a B1 technician, you hold an EASA B1 PART 66 license, and you possess an Aircraft Type Rating (Airbus and/or Boeing) Your regulatory aeronautical training (FH, CDCCL, EWIS) is preferably up to date You have technical English that allows you to read and understand documentation Rigor, sense of service, and team spirit are your watchwords.

Expected technical skills Mastery of aeronautical maintenance operations on aircraft, in strict compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements Ability to perform inspections of airframe parts, to identify elements to be repaired or replaced, and to guarantee their conformity Aptitude to perform a diagnosis of a fault or malfunction based on parameter readings and technical analyses Good practice in reading technical documentation and manufacturer supports in order to apply work cards with rigor Experience in the mounting and dismounting of systems, as well as in removal, installation, maintenance, and repair operations Ability to use technical English to understand and exploit aeronautical documentation Knowledge of regulatory aeronautical training such as FH, CDCCL, and EWIS, ideally up to date Mastery of requirements related to signing work cards and quality control of the operations performed.
