Accountant - German Speaking (Austrian GAAP)

Your Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR): Daily posting of incoming payments, maintenance of customer accounts, and proactive monitoring of outstanding receivables.
Accounts Payable (AP): Review, coding, and posting of supplier invoices, as well as ongoing maintenance of vendor accounts.
Payments: Preparation and execution of payment runs and monitoring of due dates.
Outstanding Items Management: Coordination with internal departments, clarification of discrepancies, and solution-oriented processing through to debt collection if required.
Master Data Maintenance: Creation and ongoing maintenance of master data records.
Support with monthly and annual closing activities .
Your Profile You have completed a qualified accounting education/training and bring several years of accounting experience (approximately 3-5 years), allowing you to work confidently and independently.
You are open-minded, solution-oriented, and communicative when dealing with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, even in challenging situations.
You enjoy working with numbers, maintain a good overview, and work in a structured and reliable manner.
You have an interest in digital tools and automation , are IT-savvy , and are comfortable working with accounting and CRM systems . (We currently use Diamant and will soon transition to Oracle NetSuite .)
