Rental Employee

We are looking for a rental employee who enjoys helping people, has a practical attitude, and thrives in an active, fast-paced work environment where every day is different.

Saariselkä Ski & Sport Resort is Europe's northernmost ski resort and part of a family-owned company that includes a ski resort, rental shop, ski school, and restaurant. Our rental shop team helps customers gear up for unforgettable fell adventures – whether it be skiing, snowboarding, or cross-country skiing in winter. As a team member, you assist customers with equipment rental, fittings, returns, as well as basic maintenance, always ensuring excellent service and smooth operations.

This role is particularly suitable for someone interested in outdoor sports, who enjoys meeting new people from all over the world and works well both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A positive and customer-service-oriented attitude
• A willingness to learn the secrets of equipment rental
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Fluent English skills (Finnish is a plus)

Previous experience in rental work, customer service, or equipment maintenance is an advantage, but not essential – we provide training to the right person.
