For our location in Vienna, we are looking for 1 BRANCH MANAGER (M/F/D) VIENNA (permanent, full-time 38.5 hours) starting immediately.

Your tasks

• Management of the service branch in Austria

• Further development of employees / personnel and succession planning

• Budget and overall responsibility for the branch

• Sales of new plants, modernizations, and service activities

• Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships

• Responsibility for achieving goals including reporting to the Headquarter in Bremen

• Creation of growth plan (TARGET/ACTUAL) including Installed-Base-Management and investment plans

• Independent control and implementation of (inter-)national service projects

• Responsibility and ensuring compliance with assigned tasks of occupational safety management (SCC/ ISO 45001) as well as quality management (ISO 9001) for the respective region

• Creation of schedule/process plans and budget estimation of costs for commissioning

• Compilation of technical deviations and problems in the responsible region for the continuous improvement process

Your profile

• A completed degree in industrial engineering or engineering or comparable qualification

• Relevant professional experience in personnel management and sales in mechanical and plant engineering (preferably in the field of combustion technology / heat-energy technology)

• Good English skills

• Good business administration knowledge (P&L) and experience in project management

• Preferred trade license for metal and mechanical engineering

• Very good knowledge of relevant standards and laws
