Your tasks – versatile, modern, and with room for design

• You are the first point of contact for our users and ensure a smooth daily working routine through sound error analysis and efficient troubleshooting in the hardware and software environment
• You process incidents independently and in a solution-oriented manner – if necessary, you manage the escalation to downstream support units
• You maintain and further develop our IT infrastructure – from setting up modern workstations to the maintenance and optimization of existing systems
• In the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace environment, you take over the administration and further development of collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• You actively support the introduction and use of cloud services and contribute new ideas for efficient, digital collaboration
• The administration of user accounts, roles, and access rights – especially in the context of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) – is part of your area of responsibility
• You install, configure, and distribute specialist and special applications and ensure their smooth operation
• As an interface between IT, specialist departments, and external partners, you communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and at eye level
• You independently take on small projects or sub-projects and actively contribute to the further development of our system landscape

With these basics, you are well prepared

• You have completed training as a Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) specializing in system integration or a similar qualification
• You have already been able to gain initial experience in dealing with ticketing systems as well as technical understanding of hardware/software
• You want to prove your sound knowledge in the field of Windows operating systems with us and develop yourself further with us
• You can also conduct simple conversations in English
