Your role
Do you want to take the next step in data and analysis in an organization where your insights contribute to real impact? Within BI & Digital Tools, part of Operational Excellence at Saab Fighter Core Capability, we work on developing and implementing digital solutions within, among other things, Business Intelligence, automation, and AI.
We are now looking for a Junior Data Analyst who wants to be part of transforming data into valuable insights, reports, and decision support for the business. You will become part of a dedicated team with experienced colleagues who support your development in data analysis, data visualization, and modern BI solutions.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Develop, improve, and maintain dashboards and applications in Qlik Sense. Work with SQL to retrieve, process, and analyze data. Translate the business's needs into clear and user-friendly visualizations. Contribute to the maintenance, releases, and further development of existing solutions. Document data sources, calculations, and working methods. Collaborate with the business to create analytical solutions that make a difference in everyday life.
The team consists of experienced data and BI specialists who work closely with the business and share a culture characterized by collaboration, knowledge exchange, and continuous development. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn from colleagues with deep expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and advanced analysis.
The place of work is primarily Järfälla, with the possibility to work from Solna 1-2 days per week. We prefer that you work from the office at least three days a week to promote collaboration and learning. Travel occurs only to a limited extent.
Your profile
We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas. You have a relevant university education in, for example, data analysis, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, or equivalent experience.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
Experience in creating dashboards or data visualizations in, for example, Qlik Sense, Power BI, or similar tools. Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured data and relational databases. A basic understanding of data quality, data transformation, and analytical reporting. Good ability to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience with:
ERP, MES, or PLM systems, for example, IFS, FactoryLogix, or Teamcenter. Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, OneLake, Lakehouse, or Data Factory. Handling and processing large datasets. Information security, data governance, or access management.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the security protection regulations in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance, this may, where applicable, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
