Your tasks

Ready to find your thing? Try new things, exchange experiences, and discover what you really like to do. We are now looking for an operations technician with an eye for quality, who has the ability to see the big picture.

You will become part of our production team responsible for final assembly and inspection of delivery products for our various radar systems.

As an operations technician, you are the operation's first line of support and will play a key role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The role requires a very good understanding of the unit's methods, processes, equipment, and tools. You often collaborate across organizational boundaries and actively share your expertise. Naturally, this includes training employees, developing and updating instructions, as well as referring to relevant training (internal and external). The role also involves gathering and analyzing data regarding products, articles, and processes to drive improvement work and contribute to the development of the business. Together with the operation, you are open and constructive in driving internal development projects that lead to the development of the business and its methods.

The work includes cyclical maintenance of the premises and the machine park, contact with service technicians during downtime, as well as the purchase and management of equipment and special tools - often in collaboration with other technicians. You may also act as a contact person for subcontractors when service or updates are needed.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have extensive experience in assembly and connection. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-driven, proactive, meticulous, and structured. You are thoroughly solution-oriented and take very great responsibility for driving the assignment to completion.

Your personal qualities are important, and we place high demands on teamwork as the work is carried out together in groups, where everyone takes responsibility for quality and delivery. You have the ability to handle constant changes in the flow and find it easy to communicate.

Other

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the security protection regulations in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance classification, this may, where applicable, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
