Customer Support Representative

Your role

You will have overall responsibility for handling our customers' inquiries and orders for spare parts and component maintenance. You will be the customer's contact person throughout the entire process from quotation request to order, delivery, and invoicing.

Our customers are both Swedish and international, civil and military, as well as internal and external. Customer Support is the interface between the customer and other functions within Saab, such as planning, purchasing, maintenance workshops, finance, and contract/business management.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Customer dialogue
• Collaboration and coordination with our maintenance workshops
• Analysis and development of flows and working methods
• Commercial management, such as pricing/quotations and financial follow-up of projects
• Order registration, delivery monitoring, invoicing, and reporting
• Target management and efficiency work
• In the long term, creating a deeper understanding of our customers/contracts and agreements

Qualifications

• Relevant education and/or work experience
• Experience of working towards different customers, contracts, and projects
• Good knowledge of English, in writing and speaking
• Good knowledge of Excel

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience of IFS or similar business systems
• Experience of aviation and/or other maintenance activities

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the security protection regulations in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance classification, this may, where applicable, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
