As a Senior Okta Consultant, you will be the trusted interlocutor for our clients and will lead Okta Identity Cloud projects from end to end. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to design scalable IAM architectures, integrate Okta with enterprise applications, and ensure the smooth adoption of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity lifecycle management, Workflows, ISPM, AI agents, and Zero Trust principles. Your expertise will contribute to improving the security, compliance, and user experience of international organizations.

Main Missions: Lead the design, architecture, configuration, and deployment of Okta solutions (Okta Workforce Identity, Okta Customer Identity, Okta Identity Governance, etc.). Implement SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for enterprise applications (SaaS, on-premise, custom applications). Integrate Okta with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, HRIS (Workday, BambooHR), and provisioning via API. Automate identity lifecycle workflows with Okta Workflows, SCIM, and the Okta API. Diagnose and resolve complex IAM issues (authentication failures, policy conflicts, performance problems). Advise clients on Okta best practices, particularly Zero Trust architecture and passwordless authentication. Evaluate clients' IAM maturity and recommend scalable and sustainable solutions. Define migration strategies from legacy IAM systems (AD FS, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID - formerly Azure AD) to Okta. Write technical documentation: architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and user guides. Support junior consultants and client teams on Okta administration and governance. Work closely with security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure seamless integrations. Stay up to date with Okta news and market trends. Participate in pre-sales activities (responses to tenders, demonstrations, proofs of concept).

Required Profile: Okta Certified Consultant (OCC) or Okta Certified Administrator (OCA) certification is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 3 years of operational experience in implementing and managing Okta Identity Cloud in large enterprise environments. - Deep mastery of Okta SSO, Universal Directory, MFA (Okta Verify, SMS, email, FIDO2), and adaptive policies. Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM protocols. Mastery of directory integrations (AD, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID) and HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors). Good knowledge of APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript), and automation tools (Okta Workflows, Terraform). Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
