Head of customer engineering/architect cloud (m/f) (M/F)
WHO ARE WE?
S3NS was born from the industrial partnership between Thales, a global leader in cybersecurity, and Google Cloud, a global leader in cloud solutions. Our ambition is to offer the best of both worlds to all organizations concerned with protecting their sensitive data (public institutions, OIV, OSE...). That is to say, a solution equivalent to Google Cloud Platform (including both GCP IaaS and PaaS services) and respecting the requirements of the SecNumCloud label.
A first offering, 'Local controls with S3NS', has been available since February 2023 to allow our customers to benefit from a first level of transparency and additional controls, and to accelerate the trajectory towards a trusted cloud.
As Customer Engineering Manager, you will supervise a team of generalist engineers and specialized architects to drive the successful transformation and migration of your customers to Google Cloud. To do this, you will have to:
? Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse team of Customer Engineers. ? Collaborate with the sales management to align technical resources with priority accounts and market segments. ? Drive the technical execution of complex sales cycles. ? Act as a trusted advisor to executives (CTO, CIO, CISO) of key customer accounts. ? Serve as a bridge between the field and the product engineering teams. Synthesize customer feedback and market trends to influence roadmaps and feature prioritization. ? Optimize pre-sales engineering processes, resource allocation, and the qualification ("POC") and deployment ("Plays") models of our Cloud to accelerate value creation for customers.
Your profile: You have extensive experience (> 10 years) in managing a population of Cloud architects and in managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. You have already worked with major accounts in an associated ecosystem (partners/ISV).
GCP certifications are a real asset in this recruitment, as well as technical knowledge of cloud infrastructures, Data Analytics, application modernization, and modern AI/ML frameworks. A good command of English is mandatory.
