WHO ARE WE?
S3NS was born from the industrial partnership between Thales, a global leader in cybersecurity, and Google Cloud, a global leader in cloud solutions. Our ambition is to offer the best of both worlds to all organizations concerned with protecting their sensitive data (public institutions, OIV, OSE...). That is to say, a solution equivalent to Google Cloud Platform (including both GCP IaaS and PaaS services) and respecting the requirements of the SecNumCloud label.
A first offering, 'Local controls with S3NS', has already been available since February 2023 to allow our customers to benefit from a first level of transparency and additional controls, and to accelerate the trajectory towards a trusted cloud.
Reporting to the Technical Direction, you will be the referent for the strategic, business, functional, and technical scoping of our AI ecosystem.
Your missions:
- Scoping & Needs: Collect objectives, define KPIs, identify business needs.
- Architecture & Models: Identify the different model/software/infrastructure implementation options, evaluate them, and synthesize them to simplify decision-making.
- Security & Compliance: Integrate strict regulatory requirements (SecNumCloud, AI Act, RGPD) and guarantee data sovereignty.
- Industrialization & LLMOps: Structure the tool ecosystem, ensure the scalability of deployments, and manage energy and budgetary efficiency (FinOps).
- Guidelines & Best Practices: Formalize the reference framework, identify pitfalls to avoid, and support the skill development of the teams.
- Technological Watch: Monitor the market, regarding usage and technology, in order to identify ways to improve our efficiency via new uses or less expensive resources.
Your profile: With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have solid experience in software architecture and initial experience in implementing AI at scale. You are perfectly comfortable with writing SKILLS, implementing agents, and MCP. You have fluent English, which is mandatory in an international context.
