We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our facilities. *Duties*

• Maintain Visible presence in the lobby for the guests and staff safety and to stop any unauthorized entry.
• Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry
• Perform routine patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and sensitive zones to deter theft and vandalism
• Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting and record-keeping purposes
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when appropriate
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols to uphold a secure environment for all occupants

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Excellent observational skills with an eye for detail in identifying suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and emergency personnel
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required by the role
• Certifications ( Valid Ontario Security guard license, first aid CPR )

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 ? 40.0 per week
