S12 is a Brand Experience Agency for music and media.

As a Brand Experience Agency, we realize large music and media projects in an international environment. Our clients include companies such as Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Telekom, Swarovski, among others. In this context, we have developed sound icons such as the Audi Sound Logo and the new Telekom Sound Logo.

To support our Munich office, we are looking for a(n)

IT Support Manager (m/f/d)

• First and Second Level Support for Playout Soft-/Hardware and Web Services
• Documentation/responsibility/further development of the ticketing system
• Management of hardware in Asset Management
• Internal IT support
• Support in the implementation of customer projects in the field of Corporate Sound
• Taking over sub-projects and independent management of external service providers

Our requirements for you:

• Structured & goal-oriented way of working with a high service mentality
• Experience in dealing with Client/Server Computing and streaming technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge in dealing with Linux, networks & web technologies
• High degree of initiative and organizational talent
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Interest in software and internet technologies
• Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.) and the internet
• At least 3 years of professional experience
