Job Summary

Lead and supervise team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while ensuring safety compliance and quality standards. Coordinate with multiple departments, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and work quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members to complete tasks effectively and meet daily objectives
• Assign daily duties based on work priorities to optimize team productivity
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and work quality to ensure standards are met
• Enforce workplace safety rules, procedures, and proper use of PPE to maintain a safe work environment
• Inspect completed work to verify compliance with company standards and specifications
• Identify operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions to resolve them
• Prepare daily reports on work progress, attendance, and performance for management review
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, managers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance on work procedures and safety practices
• Manage work schedules, manpower allocation, and deadlines to meet operational targets
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient task completion
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and work quality
