For the location, 1110 Wien, we are looking for a 1 Finance, Treasury and Insurance Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team. Your tasks:

• Collaboration in cash and liquidity management for the entire Kontron Group

• Support in the creation, administration and management of guarantees and letters of patronage

• Support in the implementation of currency and interest rate hedging, including the market valuation of foreign exchange transactions

• Administration and further development of the group-wide treasury system

• Support in the preparation of monthly Group Reports (including plausibility checks and variance analyses) as well as collaboration on quarterly and annual financial statements

• Support in the control and continuous updating of internal guidelines in the field of "Finance, Treasury and Insurance"

• Support in the coordination and processing of insurance topics across the entire group

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification, or you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in an internationally active company

• You have practical experience in liquidity and cash management, with common security transactions in currency management, in the valuation of financial instruments according to IFRS, and in the guarantee business

• Affinity for numbers, interest in finance and treasury topics, as well as an understanding of economic contexts

• Good understanding of processes as well as interest in the continuous development of processes (digitization, automation)

• You already have experience in dealing with treasury management and reporting systems

• You are familiar with dealing with the insurance business and topics of an internationally active company

• Very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel)

• Accuracy, perseverance, resilience and temporal flexibility

• Good written and spoken English skills
