Technical Writer (M/F)

We support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of their projects and systems, with a high level of technical requirement. Job Description

• Write, update, and control technical documentation for systems: user guides, maintenance manuals, intervention procedures, spare parts catalogs
• Collect and verify information at the source (plans, 3D models, nomenclatures, tests) from design offices, production, and after-sales service, and validate documents on real products
• Integrate regulatory and normative requirements specific to each sector (railway, machinery, defense): safety instructions, warnings, mandatory information
• Produce complete and usable documents: technical illustrations, French and English versions, version and modification management
• Contribute to the structuring and digitalization of documentary processes

Profile Description

• Technical Bac+2/3 education (BTS, BUT, professional license in technical writing or maintenance)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing in industry, or in maintenance, methods, or after-sales service with strong writing practice
• Good understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; easy reading of plans and 3D models
• Mastery of at least one DTP or technical illustration tool (InDesign, FrameMaker, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• Excellent writing skills, rigor, and ability to synthesize information
• Fluent technical English
