Your tasks
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Dispatch Service Plumbers according to schedules and work orders
- Scheduling 6+ Service Plumbers daily
- Maintains a professional and pleasant phone manner when talking to customers and third parties.
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Daily invoicing
- Liaise with other departments for billing and payables.
- Liaise with Suppliers for Work Orders
- Order van stock for service team daily
- Work with Suppliers for material orders/deliveries
- Train new Service Plumbers on computer systems used in the department
- Follow up with Customers on feedback surveys and overall customer experience
- Follow-up on issues with work orders
- Act as a back up for Reception
- Ad-hoc projects related to the position/department
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of experience as a Dispatcher
- Plumbing and Mechanical knowledge is an asset
- High level of communication skills - both written and verbal
- Problem Solving skills required
- Ability to diffuse escalations with outstanding Customer Service skills
- Positive team working attitude
- Professionalism
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Knowledge of Service Titan Software is an asset
- Microsoft knowledge is an asset (Outlook, Word etc)
- dispatching: 2 years (required)

- English & French (preferred)
