Systems Administrator (M/F)

Location: Nantes / North-east (44) TJM: 350 to 400 € / Day Schedule: Part-time (2 to 3 days per week) / 100% on-site

We are looking for a part-time Systems Administrator for our industrial client, for a temporary replacement, at a rate of 2 to 3 days per week.

You will work within the Group IT, in an international and multi-subsidiary environment, with a strong focus on Windows / VMware / security and a project dimension regarding the evolution of the infrastructure towards the Cloud.

The position:

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Ensure the administration and maintenance of operational conditions of the systems infrastructures.
• Primarily administer Windows Server environments and, occasionally, Linux.
• Ensure the management of VMware environments and servers.
• Intervene with international subsidiaries, with regular exchanges in English.
• Ensure the monitoring and renewal of certificates.
• Participate in the securing of infrastructures and the monitoring of updates/patches.
• Maintain and enrich technical documentation and procedures.
• Develop and improve Zabbix supervision, particularly on Linux.

The mission also includes a dimension of reflection and support regarding infrastructure evolutions:

• Study and costing of server and infrastructure renewal.
• Reflection on the future of Citrix.
• Contribution to the migration trajectory towards a Cloud infrastructure.
• Identification of areas for improvement and participation in various infrastructure projects.

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT: Windows, Linux, VPN, O365, GLPI VMware, Zabbix and Citrix.

Profile sought:

YOU:

With higher education in IT, you have proven experience in systems and infrastructure administration, with a very good mastery of Windows Server environments and good knowledge of VMware. You are also comfortable with security issues, certificate management, and technical documentation. Professional English proficiency is indispensable. Knowledge of Linux, Zabbix, Citrix and/or Cloud will be appreciated.

Pragmatic, autonomous, rigorous, and possessing good interpersonal skills, you know how to combine efficiency, organization, and a sense of service. Curious and proactive, you are able to quickly take charge of an existing environment while contributing to its security and evolution.
