Receptionists

About the company

With a total of 5 beauty (hair / eyelash) salons around Singapore, we are currently hiring for Receptionists to facilitate in our day to day operations.

The management will always protect and respect every staff member at COVO.

Your tasks

• Greeting and welcoming Customers at the front desk

• Booking of appointments

• Replying enquiries and provide basic and accurate information in-person, via messaging platforms.

• General housekeeping and closing of account.

• Manage complaints independently in a calm and respectful manner and/or refer back to management.

Requirements

Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred)

Language: English (Required)

• Past experiences in customer service will be a plus

• Good verbal and communication skills – English (and Japanese is a bonus)

• Good interpersonal and listening skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Able to work as a team

• Able to work responsibly
