- Finance record keeping - Maintain accurate accounting records and record all financial transactions.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable – Manage supplier payments, customer invoices, and outstanding debts.
- Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
- Bank Reconciliation – Reconcile bank statements with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
- Budgeting and Cash Flow Management – Monitor company expenses, prepare budgets, and manage cash flow
- Payroll and CPF Administration – Assist with salary calculations, payroll records, and CPF contributions in accordance with applicable rules.
