Job Title: Fulfillment & Delivery Operations Associate Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract About the Role Are you looking to dive into the dynamic world of e-commerce? We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on individual to handle our fulfillment and delivery processes while working closely with our marketplace managers. In addition to daily logistics, you will have the opportunity to assist with inventory management, operational workflows, and even creative marketing tasks. This is a high-growth position—candidates who excel in this role will have the opportunity to transition into other specialized positions as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Logistics Safely operate a company van (1.7t – 2.4t) to ensure timely deliveries to offline retail partners (B2B) and direct consumers (B2C).

Plan and navigate efficient daily delivery routes.

Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Support Accurately pick, pack, weigh, and label daily orders based on shipping locations and categories.

Conduct quality control by inspecting packages to ensure they are damage-free and properly sealed before dispatch.

Assist the warehouse team with general duties, ensuring packing materials are restocked and the workspace is clean and organized.

Operations & Administration Maintain accurate operational records, including packing lists, delivery notes, shipping forms, and invoices.

Collaborate closely with the operations and marketplace teams to assist with regular stock checks and inventory management.

Provide ad-hoc support for creative and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license appropriate for driving a 1.7t – 2.4t commercial van.

Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of general packing, shipping, and fulfillment procedures is highly preferred.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail to prevent fulfillment errors.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment and manage time effectively during long hours.

Basic Numeracy: Solid foundational math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for inventory and shipping calculations.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, managers, and clients.
