Heavy Equipments Manager - (Maintenance & Operation) Construction

Prepare and implement heavy equipment management plans in line with project objectives.

Develop and implement preventive and operational maintenance programs.

Supervise regular maintenance and emergency repairs of equipment.

Diagnose malfunctions, determine their causes and take the necessary action to fix it.

Ensure the availability of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance.

Cooperate with maintenance agencies, workshops, and insurance companies to carry out maintenance work.

Supervising the operation of heavy equipment and ensuring its efficient performance.

Providing the necessary training for equipment operators to ensure their safe and effective operation.

Apply safety standards in all equipment operation and maintenance work.

Prepare periodic reports on equipment condition, maintenance costs, and operating performance.

Make recommendations to improve equipment utilization efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure achieving the goals.

Bachelor degree in engineering - mechanical department

15 years of experience in construction companies.

Good communication skills

Have the ability to lead team of technicians & operators.

Strong technical knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their uses.
