Sales Management Specialist
Job Summary The Sales Management Specialist supports sales performance monitoring, profitability analysis, and operational process optimization. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and operations to ensure business targets are achieved while improving overall operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance & KPI Management
Monitor and track sales performance against established KPIs and business targets.
Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and potential operational risks.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic commercial decision-making.
- Profitability & Pricing Analysis
Conduct gross margin analysis for customized solutions and new service offerings.
Evaluate profitability by customer segment, product flow, and service type.
Support the sales team with pricing analysis and commercial strategy formulation.
Assist management in optimizing revenue growth and margin performance.
- Revenue & Billing Management
Manage customized billing arrangements and commercial arrangements for key accounts.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of billing and revenue recognition workflows.
Monitor revenue performance and coordinate necessary adjustments with finance teams.
Support the implementation of billing and operational process improvements.
Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking regional clients, overseas vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization/analysis tools.
Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, high attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Experience: Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical backgrounds and a passion for commercial/operations strategy.
