Air Freight Booking & Customer Service Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an Air Freight Booking & Customer Service Specialist to manage airline reservations and shipment enquiries for our Singapore air freight operations. You will coordinate with airlines, ground handling partners and internal teams to secure bookings, keep shipment information current and respond to changes in flight schedules or cargo uplift. Key Responsibilities Process air cargo space bookings, amendments and cancellations with airlines or General Sales Agents (GSAs), including direct and interline routings where applicable.

Check flight schedules and available space, and coordinate booking requirements with the Freight Planner and Operations teams.

Monitor booking confirmations and shipment status; provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.

Respond to delays, offloads, cancellations and other shipment exceptions; coordinate alternative bookings or routings with the relevant teams.

Handle enquiries about booking status, flight schedules, shipment progress and applicable service options.

Coordinate with Sales, Gateway, warehouse and ground handling teams to confirm shipment priorities and operational handovers.

Maintain accurate booking and shipment records in the relevant systems, and follow applicable air cargo and dangerous goods procedures.

Requirements At least 2 years of experience in air cargo reservations, air freight customer service or export operations with an airline, GSA or freight forwarder.

Familiar with airline booking processes, flight schedules, air freight routings and shipment exception handling.

Experience using an airline cargo reservation system or freight management system. Experience with Cube is an advantage.

Able to coordinate clearly with customers, airlines and operational teams in time-sensitive situations.

Knowledge of applicable air cargo procedures and dangerous goods requirements is an advantage.
