CEO

We are looking for the CEO position who sets the strategic vision, secures large-scale capital for infrastructure expansion, and manages high-stakes commercial relationships with cloud and AI hyperscalers. They oversee financial performance, corporate governance, and sustainable, energy-efficient facility operations across global or regional markets.

Job Duties

• Strategic Direction & Growth: Shape multi-year business plans, driving market expansion, new-build developments, and portfolio acquisitions.
• Hyperscale & Client Relations: Lead high-level commercial negotiations directly with cloud, enterprise, and AI service providers.
• Capital Allocation & Finance: Partner with investors and financial stakeholders to secure funding, manage corporate budgets, and optimize asset returns.
• Operational & ESG Oversight: Ensure high availability (uptime SLAs), risk compliance, and improved Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) / green energy transitions.
• Executive Leadership: Mentor the executive team (COO, CTO, CFO) and align organizational culture with performance goals

Job Requirements

• Experience: 15 to 20+ years in real estate, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or mission-critical data centre environments, with extensive senior management/C-suite experience.
• Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate finance, investment management principles, and the specific market dynamics governing hyperscale buyers.
• Education: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Property, or Applied Finance.
• Industry Network: Strong, established connections with key regional or global stakeholders, investors, technology vendors, and cloud providers.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in strategic planning, corporate governance, and driving performance under high-pressure market conditions.
