About Ryno

Ryno is a fast-growing food and goods delivery platform based in Accra. We're building the logistics backbone for how Ghana orders, and we need someone who can keep the numbers clean and clear as we scale.

The role

You'll own the day-to-day accounting for the business — from bookkeeping and reconciliations through to monthly financial statements and management reporting. You'll work closely with operations, sales, and leadership to make sure financial information is accurate, timely, and useful.

What you'll do

Maintain accurate, up-to-date accounting records and financial transactions Prepare and review the Trial Balance; ensure accounts are properly classified and reconciled Prepare and analyse P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements Perform regular bank, supplier, customer, inventory, and other account reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies Review accounting entries and supporting documents; ensure correct posting in the ERP Support month-end and year-end close Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable Prepare financial reports and analysis for management Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and Ghanaian regulatory requirements (GRA, SSNIT, etc.) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records Partner with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ICAG or ACCA qualified or part-qualified 3+ years' accounting experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-moving business (retail, logistics, e-commerce, FMCG) Hands-on experience with an ERP system and strong Excel skills Solid understanding of Ghanaian tax and statutory compliance Strong attention to detail and comfortable working to tight monthly deadlines Clear communicator who can explain the numbers to non-finance colleagues

Nice to have

Experience in a startup or delivery/marketplace environment Familiarity with reconciling high-volume digital payments (mobile money, cards, cash on delivery)
