Job Description

Within a human-sized team, you will work with investment funds and Mid-caps on various operations:

• Steering Transaction Services missions: buy-side and sell-side due diligences, financial diagnostics, performance analyses, and price adjustments;
• Performing financial valuations and business plan modeling;
• Supporting clients on their top-of-balance-sheet, restructuring, and financing operations;
• Supervising and supporting teams in the execution of missions;
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a top business school, engineering school, or a university equivalent with a specialization in finance;
• You have significant experience of 6 to 8 years in Transaction Services, Audit, Expertise Comptable, or financial consulting;
• You possess solid technical expertise and excellent analytical skills for accounting and financial data;
• You are autonomous in steering missions and have successful initial experience in team management;
• You enjoy dynamic, demanding, and client-oriented environments;
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a real ability to support and advise your clients;
• You have perfect mastery of Excel and possess professional English.
