Job Description

Within a human-sized team, you will benefit from close supervision to participate as part of a team in transaction services advisory missions for our investment fund and Mid-cap clients. The diversity of our portfolio will allow you to intervene in various business sectors and different contexts of upper-tier operations. Transaction services missions (buy-side and sell-side due diligences, target diagnostics, definition of mechanics related to price adjustment, etc.) Business valuation missions, business plan modeling Financial engineering projects within the framework of creations or restructurings involving legal, tax, and financial issues Support in the search for company financing (debt or equity)

Qualifications

A graduate of a top business school, engineering school, or a university equivalent in finance, you have 3 to 5 years of successful experience in Transaction Services, Audit and/or Chartered Accountancy. You enjoy evolving in a dynamic and challenging environment. You possess real technical expertise and the ability to manipulate and analyze accounting and financial data communicated by third parties You have a strong appetite for teamwork. You have an excellent command of Excel and your English is professional
