Job Description

Within a human-sized team, you will participate in varied Restructuring and Distressed M&A missions for a clientele of PME and ETI. As a Restructuring Apprentice M/F/X, you will be accompanied by experienced consultants and will progressively contribute to the following missions:

• Participation in the analysis of operating and cash flow forecasts within the framework of financial restructuring missions;
• Contribution to the performance of Independent Business Reviews (IBR): financial analyses, data reviews, development of business plans and cash flow forecasts;
• Support to teams within the framework of safeguard or recovery procedures;
• Participation in Distressed M&A missions: financial analyses, documentary reviews, due diligences and preparation of client deliverables;
• Contribution to analysis missions relating to various financing solutions.

You will work in close collaboration with the consultants, seniors, managers and partners of the team. This apprenticeship will allow you to develop your skills in financial analysis, modeling, restructuring and top-of-balance-sheet operations, while being exposed to varied and high-stakes corporate situations. You will also be able to participate in exchanges with clients and the various stakeholders of the files in order to acquire a concrete vision of restructuring and business transfer issues.

Qualifications

Coming from a training program at a top business school, engineering school or a university equivalent in finance, you are looking for a professionalizing 12-month apprenticeship. You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:
