The firm Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in London and offices across major global business centres. The role In your new role as a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the delivery of professional skills learning across the firm, working with everyone from Trainee Solicitors and newly qualified Associates through to Partners. You will play a key role in coordinating training programmes, inductions and development initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the annual professional skills training programme, including scheduling courses, speakers, venues and materials. Supporting Trainee Solicitor and NQ Associate development programmes, including inductions, training schedules and development records. Organising firm-wide training, development centres, away days and wellbeing initiatives. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure programmes run smoothly. Tracking attendance and CPD hours, maintaining L&D records and keeping the Learning Management System up to date. Supporting L&D projects, budgets, invoices, communications and the day-to-day administration of the team.
What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience working in a similar role at a law firm. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, reliable and collaborative approach. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience using databases or Learning Management Systems, with Litera CE Manager or VinciWorks experience advantageous.
