Immigration Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join a fullservice London based law firm on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Immigration Partner and wider team on a range of both corporate and private immigration matters, whilst also managing their own caseload.

Some of the duties will include:

• Completing immigration applications including Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Temporary Worker, Sponsor Licence, Partner, EU Settlement Scheme and British Citizenship applications
• Drafting representations
• Preparing immigration appeals, including drafting grounds of appeal and witness statements, preparing bundles and liaising with Counsel and the Court
• Assisting with immigration research and reviewing relevant policies and guidance

To be considered, candidates must have a law degree, with previous corporate immigration experience highly preferable. Candidates should be well organised with excellent attention to detail, strong written and spoken communication skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
