Your tasks

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive strategic business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, deliver high-quality pitches and proposals, and identify new growth opportunities.

• Develop and implement business development plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive growth and enhance client relationships.
• Lead pitches, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Conduct market, sector, and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Deliver client development, cross-selling, and profile-raising initiatives.
• Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and thought leadership activity.
• Track BD activity, pipeline progress, and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role within legal or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering successful BD campaigns and client growth initiatives.
• Excellent pitch, proposal, and written communication skills.
• Commercially focused, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Exposure to Corporate, Banking & Finance, Investment Funds, or FinTech sectors would be advantageous.
