We are western Canada?s largest Bell Dealer. We?re looking for an energetic and customer-focused *Retail Sales Associate* to join our Bell retail team in *Calgary*. As a Retail Sales Associate, you?ll help customers find the right mobile phones, internet plans, accessories, and smart solutions while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

*What You?ll Do*

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
• Promote and sell Bell mobility, internet, and accessory products
• Help customers choose plans and devices that fit their needs
• Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Stay updated on the latest telecom products and promotions
• Meet and exceed sales targets through customer-focused selling

*What We?re Looking For*

• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology and mobile devices
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
