Commercial Support Officer

The company R.V.U.D. SA, which operates in the retail and wholesale sector of branded Brands, is looking for an employee for Commercial Support. The purpose of the role is the optimization of the online presence and sales of the store network, the effective support of commercial processes, the extraction of reports, as well as smooth administrative operation to achieve goals. Position Responsibilities: Support of the Sales & Commercial team. Management of retail and wholesale orders. Communication with partners, for the purpose of immediate service and resolution of issues. Monitoring product availability, deliveries, and orders. Preparation of price lists and reports. Support of the commercial team.

Required Qualifications: Required qualifications: Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Commercial Support, or a similar role. Previous experience in a similar field is mandatory. Good knowledge of English. Very good knowledge of excel & MS Office. Familiarity with ERP/CRM SYSTEMS. Knowledge of entersoft will be appreciated.
