Main duties:

• Preparation of legal documents;
• Providing legal consultations to the company's clients;
• Conducting legal research and legal analysis.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Latvian and European Union law;
• Knowledge of company registration, tax law, immigration law, commercial law, and other related legal areas;
• Positive attitude, desire to learn and improve;
• Excellent English language skills, necessary for cooperation with international clients to perform job duties.
• Bachelor's degree in law;
• At least 1 year of previous experience.
