Technician - IT specialist (F/M)

Scope of responsibilities:

Hardware. Maintenance and servicing of computers, diagnosing hardware problems, maintenance, ongoing repairs of PC computers and laptops to ensure their continuity of operation.

Software. Installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of operating systems and utility programs.

Service visits and configuration, installation, and efficient troubleshooting of subscriber devices (routers, antennas, decoders).

Fiscal cash registers. Service, programming, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of fiscal devices at customer sites.

Security systems. Installation, service, configuration, and commissioning of monitoring (CCTV cameras) and alarm systems.

Network maintenance. Service, maintenance, and supervision of the correct operation of network devices.

Requirements:

• education: secondary vocational - necessary
• skills: Administration and operation of computer systems, peripheral devices, and local area networks - necessary; proficient computer use including internet usage - necessary
• foreign languages: English - speaking: B1 - intermediate, writing: B1 - intermediate - necessary
• other: Driving license cat. B (necessary condition for mobile work)

Required knowledge of computer construction (knowledge of components, hardware architecture, and diagnostics).
