RushWays is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to grow our brand awareness, strengthen our social media presence, and help us reach more customers.

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos, Reels, and social media content that attract attention and increase brand awareness.
• Plan, create, and publish creative posts, videos, and campaigns across relevant social media platforms.
• Edit videos and design eye-catching visuals that match the brand identity.
• Develop creative marketing ideas and content strategies to help RushWays stand out in the market.
• Manage social media pages, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and engage with the audience.
• Support and manage digital advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Follow social media trends and identify opportunities to create viral and shareable content.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to promote RushWays services, offers, and brand activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• A strong portfolio featuring previously created videos, Reels, posts, and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent video editing and visual content creation skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns, especially Meta Ads, is a strong advantage.
• Creative thinking and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
• Good copywriting skills and the ability to write compelling captions and marketing messages.
• Ability to follow trends, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Experience promoting a brand, service, or mobile application is a plus.
