CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

The holder of this position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the bank’s premises, personnel, clients, and assets. This role involves monitoring activities within and around the bank, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents or emergencies. The position holder plays a key role in preventing theft, fraud, and unauthorized access, while also supporting customer service and maintaining a secure environment.

Qualifications/Requirements: College graduate or degree holder A graduate of Criminology is an advantage Completion of security training courses and other relevant training Be at least thirty (30) years of age

Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in the field of law enforcement and/or security operations, two (2) years of which is in managerial capacity

Experience in a bank or financial institution is highly desirable Must be physically and mentally fit

Strong communication, command and leadership, and organizational skills

Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills

Highly values integrity, privacy, and confidentiality Strong understanding of security management and planning, risk management, crisis response, and familiarity with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations.

Deep understanding of banking regulations, particularly the regulations of BSP such as Circular No. 823 (Bank Protection)

Familiarity with various security systems and technology

With working knowledge in data entry software and MS Office applications
