Our reception is the heart of the house – this is where the guest experience begins and ends. You are not only the first personal and telephone point of contact, but you also ensure through your service that our guests feel completely welcome.

• In addition to check-in and check-out, you will take on exciting guest relation tasks that provide variety.
• Reservations? You will accept them confidently and process them independently.
• You will also maintain an overview during invoicing and cash reconciliation.
• As a host, you will take care of our guests' concerns with heart and attention.
• Thanks to our flat hierarchies, you have the chance to quickly take on responsibility and work independently.

THAT'S YOU

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry – or bring comparable experience.
• Initial practical experience at the reception makes you confident in dealing with guests and processes.
• Your positive energy is infectious, and you are a real asset to the team.
• You speak fluent English – and perhaps even another language that brings a smile to the faces of our international guests.
