Are you passionate about fashion, textiles, and creating viral social content? [Insert Brand Name] is looking for a vibrant, creative, and energetic Junior Social Media Specialist to be the face, voice, and engine behind our digital platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Content Planning: Plan and execute engaging monthly content calendars tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Lemon8.
- On-Camera Content Creation: Act as the primary on-screen talent—presenting our apparel, behind-the-scenes factory workflows, styling tips, and new fabric drops.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Record, edit short-form videos (via CapCut/mobile editors), write compelling captions, and manage regular uploads.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, reply to inquiries/comments promptly, and build an active online community.
- Performance Reporting: Track basic key metrics (reach, views, engagement rate, and lead queries) and submit concise weekly performance reports.
Who We Are Looking For:
- High Confidence On-Camera: Charismatic, energetic, and naturally comfortable appearing in videos and hosting short-form lifestyle/fashion content.
- Creative Eye: A strong personal aesthetic with an intuitive feel for current Malaysian fashion, textile, and TikTok/Reels trends.
- Content Production Skills: Proficient in mobile video production (CapCut/VN) and basic visual design tools (Canva).
Communication: Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and conversational English.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience in social media management or lifestyle modeling/influencing are welcome to apply.
